The participants are signed up in the order emails are received.

The cost of each workshop is $975 CAD, with a $450 CAD deposit due one month after signing up for the workshop and the balance of $525 CAD due one month before the workshop starts. The deposit is non-refundable.

The fee covers instruction, all supplies, and daily home-made lunches prepared (as much as possible) with locally grown, fresh, organic ingredients.
